I grew up attending church but it was in my high school youth group that I came to believe the gospel. God awakened my heart and I immediately felt burdened for those who did not know Him. At Georgetown, Campus Outreach showed me what it meant to be a laborer. The Lord used a talk on evangelism at an Alpha Project to compel me with the love of Christ to embrace a life on mission (2 Corinthians 5:14). The command to make disciples of all nations became a personal conviction and a source of purpose and joy. Now, I am eager to bring the gospel to more parts of the campus and see students take up the call to be laborers for the kingdom.
