MYRTLE BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA
June 1st - July 27th 2017
Thank you for a great SBP 2017!
We will have more information on our Summer Project 2018 posted in the coming months.
What is summer beach project?
Each summer, Campus Outreach DC hosts a Summer Beach Project (SBP) with Campus Outreach Charlotte with students from The George Washington University, Georgetown University, Howard University, Davidson College, UNC-Charlotte, UNC-Greensboro, Elon University & Wingate University. Simply put, the Summer Beach Project is an opportunity to live, play, work, and learn with other college students for eight weeks.
What will we do?
Each student works a full-time job during the day and participates in Bible studies, discipleship groups, evangelistic outreaches, ministry training, & Sunday worship at local churches. During the week there is also plenty of fellowship, fun, & other social activities.
What is the cost?
This demanding, yet challenging schedule creates a perfect environment for students to grow in their relationship with Christ and to develop ministry skills and leadership qualities. The Summer Beach Project costs $2,000 for the entire summer, covering housing, 2 project-wide meals each week, weekly project socials, and SBP materials. It does not cover other meals or transportation. We encourage students to raise as much of this cost as possible from individual supporters and churches.
